The CU Anschutz September Staff Employee of the Month is Arianna Le, a clinical research coordinator in the Division of Hematology.

Arianna is a new clinical research coordinator on the Hematology Clinical Trial Unit team, but you would never guess she has only been here a few months. She has impressed our entire team with her thoroughness, independence and reliability. She has worked on complicated studies and patient situations while being relatively new to the role, and has shown incredible critical thinking and initiative.
Her enthusiasm and care for her patients is obvious to all of us who work with her, and her patients are lucky to have her advocating for them. Teammates have expressed gratitude for her eagerness to learn and contribute to the team, and her clear communication makes her very easy to work with. Arianna's willingness to cover visits, troubleshoot complicated situations, and jump into the clinical research coordinator role has been very appreciated.
