Each year, Health Links celebrates Colorado employers committed to workplace health, safety, and well-being. This year’s event, Celebrating Human Connection, aptly celebrated in-person for the first time in two years. It honored the award winners and finalists for their achievements in the workplace while providing attendees the opportunity to network and gain inspiration from other employers.
Attendees benefited from the experience of keynote speaker Dr. Elizabeth Harry, Senior Medical Director of Well-being at UCHealth, who spoke on "Choice: The Secret of Well-being," an engaging panel of local business leaders on Total Worker Health®, as well as lightning talks from industry experts.
“Organizations in our Healthy Workplace Network continue to be Total Worker Health leaders. This year’s Healthy Workplace Award finalists and winners show tremendous dedication and commitment to workplace health, safety and well-being," said Health Links senior manager of programs and partnerships, David Shapiro. "Join us in celebrating our 2022 Award winners as they demonstrate the cornerstone practices of Total Worker Health.”
The day of the annual celebration, August 25, 2022, was officially proclaimed Total Worker Health Day by the state of Colorado.
