Sarah Brewer, PhD, MPA, has just published “'But then that's another barrier': A qualitative study of parent and provider perspectives on rural versus urban disparities in adolescent vaccination" in ScienceDirect, in collaboration with several doctors including those who work within Adult & Child Center for Outcomes Research & Delivery Science (ACCORDS) and the DFM's Andrea Nederveld, MD, MPH.
The objective of this study was to understand the factors contributing to disparities in vaccination between adolescents in rural compared to urban areas.
