On Thursday, April 11, 2024, on the CU Denver campus, Frank deGruy officially accepted his plaque in recognition of his having been named a CU 2023 Distinguished Professor. He then offered his acceptance remarks, emphasizing the importance of primary care and behavioral/mental health, in front of the chancellors, president, board of regents and assembled guests.
