Ingredients

  • 1 packet Vanilla Health One
  • 1 cup sugar-free peaches (single size, with juice)
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute, such as Splenda or Stevia (optional)

 

Instructions

1. Mix the Vanilla Health One and peaches in a microwave-safe dish like a ramekin.

2. Add cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar substitute (optional). Microwave for 2 minutes.

3. Sprinkle with more cinnamon or sugar substitute if desired.
