Higgins, assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Colorado Anschutz, Aurora, Colorado. Higgins, author of the Community Immunity Substack newsletter, writes regularly about infectious diseases topics, and has particular affinity for vaccine issues as a longtime clinician.
