At Diabetes Day, sponsored by CU’s Diabetes Research Center, several posters related to diabetes research out of the Primary Care Diabetes Lab and the Practice Innovation Program were presented. Kim Wiggins presented a poster on practice characteristics and implementation method choice as part of the PREPARE 4 CGM project. Antonio Calderon (a medical student who has been working with the Primary Care Diabetes Lab) presented a poster on the IMPEDE project, studying Glycemic Excursion Minimization in prediabetes. And Sean Oser and Tamara Oser presented posters on the bionic pancreas feasibility study in primary care.
