The University of Colorado Anschutz Department of Family Medicine is excited to announce that the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship has matched their incoming fellows for the year!
These five physicians will embark on 12-month transformative journey, gaining clinical training in diverse settings under the guidance of faculty with varied expertise. They will also have the unique opportunity to provide continuity of care across a wide range of locations and service models, thanks to the strong interconnections among participating organizations.
The Colorado Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship (HPM) accept up to five fellows annually—and this year, all five positions have been filled! We are thrilled to welcome:
- Austin Adair, MD - Baylor Pediatrics Residency, Vanderbilt PICU fellowship
