Kaylin Klie, associate director of the Addiction Medicine Fellowship, was featured in a May 2, CPR News article regarding Colorado’s ‘Plans for Safe Care’--a 2020 best practice recommendation created to “offer guidance, support, and recommendations for ensuring appropriate care of the infants and families impacted by substance use disorder perinatally and following hospital discharge.” Klie, “who has long worked in addiction medicine for pregnant and postpartum people... is working to ensure Plans of Safe Care begin before a patient delivers their baby.” Read the full CPR News article
