Ingredients
- 1 packet of Vanilla Health One
- 1 serving non-fat Greek yogurt (5.3 ounces plain Greek)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon Stevia (or packet)
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
1. Combine Health One, yogurt, blueberries, Stevia, cinnamon, and ice in a blender
2. Blend until smooth. Less ice is needed if blueberries are frozen.
3. Sprinkle with lemon, if desired.
