This creamy and refreshing Cinnamon Blueberry Smoothie blends the sweet, tart flavor of blueberries with warm cinnamon and vanilla for a deliciously satisfying treat. Packed with protein from Greek yogurt and Vanilla Health One, it’s a perfect, nutritious option for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Vanilla Health One
  • 1 serving non-fat Greek yogurt (5.3 ounces plain Greek)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia (or packet)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice

 

Instructions

1. Combine Health One, yogurt, blueberries, Stevia, cinnamon, and ice in a blender

2. Blend until smooth. Less ice is needed if blueberries are frozen.

3. Sprinkle with lemon, if desired.
