Crab Cakes

These crispy, savory crab cakes are a light and flavorful take on a seafood favorite. Made with Potato Soup Health One, canned crab, and a blend of seasonings, they cook up quickly in a pan for a protein-packed, satisfying meal. Perfectly golden on the outside and tender on the inside, they’re an easy and delicious way to enjoy a classic dish guilt-free!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Potato Soup Health One
  • 1 cup canned crab with juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour

 

Instructions

1. Combine Health One, crab, garlic, salt, pepper and flour. Add water to desired consistency. Form into patties.

2. Add to non-stick pan or pan sprayed with cooking spray.

3. Cook for about 3 minutes, each side.
