Jubilant graduates filled the Colorado Convention Center on Dec. 16 as the CU Anschutz Medical Campus held its Fall 2017 Commencement ceremonies in downtown Denver.
Families and friends gathered to honor 357 new graduates of the university.
The breakdown:
- College of Nursing: 168 graduates (Doctor of Nursing Practice, two; Post-Graduate Certificate, four; Master of Science in Nursing, 69; and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 93)
- Graduate School: 108 graduates (Doctor of Philosophy degrees, 57; Master of Science degrees, 38; and Master of Science in Clinical Science, 13)
- School of Medicine: 81 graduates (Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees, 70; and Master of Science in Anesthesiology degrees, 11)
