Congratulations August 2024 CU Nursing Graduates!

CU College of Nursing Commencement & Graduation

You've made it! Graduation is a significant achievement and we are so honored to have our first Summer Commencement ceremony.

Your dedication to nursing will serve you in the years to come and we know you will deliver the utmost care to patients in Colorado, across the US, and around the world. CU Nursing graduates go on to do great things, and we hope to see you back on campus (or virtually) if you pursue a higher degree at the college.

Summer Commencement is Monday, August 19 at Boettcher Commons (the courtyard between Ed2 North and Ed1 North).

We look forward to seeing you there as we celebrate your accomplishments and your new degree. This exciting achievement is something all our graduates (and alumni) should be proud of, and we hope you look back fondly on your time at CU Nursing.

Congratulations again from the faculty and staff at the College of Nursing!

Student Stories

The college is highlighting only a few of our amazing graduates about ways CU Nursing shaped their education and career, and why they are passionate about nursing. Twins Hannah and Kaitlyn Schmidt do everything together and use their TikTok account to give a glimpse into nursing. Hau'oli Sproat-Lancaster and Maya Schraffenberger overcame health obstacles, which inspired them to become nurses. Major Tracie Coy is dedicated to treating veterans, while Dare Otesanya's job led him to a friendship with a CU Nursing alum who became his mentor.
