CBH Welcomes Campus Community to Inaugural Open House

Opening Doors to Ethical Inquiry and Humanistic Learning

minute read

On September 9, CBH kicked off the Fall semester by hosting about 50 visitors for an open house. Guests included students, faculty, staff and others from the local community with an interest in arts, music, and ethical healthcare. The event featured a faculty and staff meet and greet, an interactive art project, live music, a drum demonstration, and door prizes.

Directors from the four mission areas of Arts & Humanities, Clinical Ethics, Education, and Research briefly discussed their work and participants had a chance to learn about key programs and initiatives like monthly Ethics Grand Rounds, the Graduate Certificate in Bioethics and Humanities in Health, campus musical groups, recent research findings, art exhibitions, and more.
