Mabel consistently goes above and beyond her job duties by fostering a positive, supportive environment for everyone around her. She has a unique ability to bring staff together, lighten the mood, and create moments of connection even during busy or stressful days. Mabel is always checking in on others and genuinely cares about staff well-being. For example, when she noticed a colleague was feeling stressed, she thoughtfully encouraged them to take a moment to step into the small conference room and enjoy the plants. Mabel’s attentiveness, kindness and ability to uplift those around her truly surpass expectations and make our workplace a better place for everyone!
