Deion Sanders says he had cancerous tumor, bladder removed this offseason

Janet Kukreja, MD, director of urological oncology at CU Anschutz and CU Cancer Center member, performed a robot-assisted bladder removal and reconstruction for Coach Deion Sanders after a high-grade tumor was found. She reported the surgery removed the cancer and said Sanders is expected to return to coaching.
