Novel occupational medicine initiative helps patients balance work with cancer treatment

The WeCanWork program, launched by the Center for Health Work and Environment at Colorado School of Public Health, helps cancer patients balance treatment and work. Cathy Bradley, PhD, dean of Colorado School of Public Health and deputy director of the University of Colorado Cancer Center, supports the initiative, which connects patients with occupational medicine specialists to provide work accommodations and guidance not typically offered by oncology teams.
