In March, Chloe Finke, C-TAGME, Program Coordinator for the University of Colorado Family Medicine Residency, was announced as a recipient of the 2025 University of Colorado School of Medicine, Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Coordinator Excellence Award.

This award is awarded annually by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) program. The ACGME is responsible for accrediting all graduate medical training programs for physicians in the United States—programs such as internships, residencies, and fellowships.

The mission of the University of Colorado Family Medicine Residency program is to train, “family medicine residents to be innovators, educators, and leaders who deliver high quality, evidence-based, broad spectrum, family-centered care strengthened by relationship over time to the diverse communities of Colorado and beyond."

Chloe has embodied this mission as she, too, has exemplified this high-quality work throughout her career. We celebrate Chloe as this award recognizes her in-depth understanding of the accreditation process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and projects to improve graduate medical education programs.

Congratulations, Chloe!
