From May 4-8, multiple members of the DFM gathered with fellow family medicine teachers and researchers for a series of seminars, poster presentations, and recognition ceremonies. During this conference, Vice Chair for Diversity, Health Equity, and Inclusion Cleveland Piggott was also recognized with the STFM President’s Award which was presented in recognition of Cleveland’s work in helping STFM and associated members advance their important antiracism work as a member of the STFM Antiracism Initiative Task Force.
