Ingredients

  • 1 packet Vanilla Health One
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon OR 1/2 Chai spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice

 

Instructions

1 Add to Health One, water, spices and ice to blender.

2. Blend until rich, creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
