Ingredients
- 1 packet Pancake/Baking Mix Health One
- 1 tablespoon Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 zucchini (shredded)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (chopped)
- 2 teaspoon onion (chopped)
- 1/4-1/2 cup water (for desired thickness)
Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon basil (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil salt and pepper (to taste)
- Dash Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour onto non-stick pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
2. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve and top with tomato sauce (adds 36 extra calories).
