It’s been an exciting year in our podcast studio on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. In January, we launched a new name and look for our show – Health Science Radio. The title blends our guests’ forward-thinking scientific research with our campus’s rich history and the radio days of yore.

Health Science Radio has evolved into a lively forum in which we explore, through the groundbreaking research of CU Anschutz faculty, tomorrow’s medicine today. This year’s episodes covered the health science spectrum – from potential groundbreaking therapies for cancer, chronic pain and osteoporosis to the physician burnout crisis and ways to talk about grief. We’ve chatted with our scientists about vaccines, menopause, rare neurological disorders and the dangers of air pollution.

With 2025 in sight, we look forward to more candid and insightful discussions that showcase the ways our researchers are seeking answers to our most pressing and complex health science challenges. And a humble reminder: You can like, follow and subscribe to Health Science Radio wherever you listen to podcasts.
