Doctors in Colorado reported a surge in pediatric flu cases. “We’ve been pretty busy here at Children’s Hospital Colorado, lots of hospitalizations for influenza and the complications that go along with it,” said Dr. Kevin Messacar, a pediatric infectious disease physician at the hospital.
