US Health Secretary fires all 17 members of a national committee on vaccines

US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy has announced he’s removing all 17 sitting members of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's vaccine advisory committee. Mr Kennedy says the committee members are compromised by ties to the pharmaceutical industry – and that replacing them will restore public trust.
