Broader examination of facts and relevant context justifies CU regents’ resolution in response to June protests

On June 20, the University of Colorado Board of Regents passed a resolution recognizing “First Amendment rights to free speech and public assembly,” as well as “any speaker’s right to express even the most hateful, divisive, racist speech.”
