First Chief Well-Being Officer Joins University of Colorado School of Medicine

Lotte Dyrbye, MD, MHPE, is the first to hold this newly created position as Senior Assoc. Dean of Faculty and Chief Well-being Officer for CU School of Medicine. She will oversee faculty development programs and lead initiatives that will reduce burnout among physicians, residents, and medical students.
