The US FDA has expanded emergency use authorization of the COVID-19 vaccine to children ages 12 through 15. Pediatric neurologists said the vaccines should be safe for most children with neurologic disorders, but they would adjust the timing of certain therapies and vaccination schedules for younger children with autoimmune disorders such as multiple sclerosis.
