Here, I offer comments that are framed in public health and that dwell on public health sciences. Recently deceased, former Gov. Richard Lamm quipped (in 1986): “The major factors that brought health to mankind were epidemiology, sanitation, vaccination, refrigeration and screen windows.” I agree with Gov. Lamm.
