Congratulations on graduating! We're so excited to celebrate this special milestone during our Fall 2024 Commencement ceremony.
Your hard work and passion for nursing will take you far, and we know you'll provide exceptional care to patients in Colorado, across the US, and beyond. CU Nursing graduates go on to do amazing things, and we hope you'll stay connected with us to let us know what you've accomplished.
Fall Commencement is Saturday, December 14 at the Colorado Convention Center. We look forward to seeing you there as we celebrate your accomplishments and your new degree with your family and friends. All our graduates (and alumni) should be proud of this exciting achievement, and we hope you look back fondly on your time at CU Nursing.
Congratulations again from the faculty and staff at the College of Nursing!
Student Stories
The college is highlighting only a few of our amazing graduates about their passion for nursing and the ways the college has shaped their education and career. Clifford Vanvoorhees worked in the banking industry before making the switch to nursing, Judy Skilling is a veteran who is dedicated to improving veterans' care, and Murphy Anderson, who is earning his PhD, knows the importance of mentors in a nurse's life. You can also read about Richard Almager, a stay-at-home dad who balances family life and nursing, and Vanessa Sloan, a nurse using technology to improve the healthcare system for better patient outcomes.
