The alumni association for the CU Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences recently selected board members to begin terms this July. Each member brings a unique skill set and perspective to helping guide the work of the association.

This year‘s new board members selected through a nomination process are Richard Dziallo, PharmD ’18, Sarah Eubanks, PharmD ’11, and Norman Fenn, PharmD '14.

Dr. Dziallo is currently a Pharmacy Manager with the Walgreens Community Pharmacy system. He is a passionate, outspoken, and industrious member of the retail pharmacy community who has leveraged his thoughtfulness and commitment to establish a reputation as a respected and trustworthy professional and leader.

With his insight into the interface between CU Pharmacy students and alumni, Dr. Dziallo endeavors to use his strategic understanding of the pharmacy profession needs to successfully grow and meet the potential of the ever-changing profession.

Dr. Eubanks is a Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner specializing in geriatrics with the VA Western Colorado Healthcare System. She’s excited to be a part of developing opportunities for alumni and increasing the potential for networking within CU Pharmacy.

“I have the unique ability living in rural Colorado to help increase outreach to rural communities. My passion for pharmacy teaching can also influence the next generation,” Dr. Eubanks said.

Dr. Fenn is a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist with the Penn State Health Children’s Hospital at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Grateful to CU Pharmacy since he was accepted into the PharmD program in 2008, Norm endeavors to give back to the school that gave him a chance to pursue his lifelong dream.

“My passion for CU is matched only by my passion for pediatric pharmacy. I believe this is where I would best help the Alumni Board's success. I have built a considerable network and maintain contact with many CU alumni,” Dr. Finn said.

The CU Pharmacy alumni board will begin quarterly meetings in the fall to implement projects scheduled for the year. The devotion, time and efforts of every board member is greatly appreciated by the School.
