Liz Chamberlain
Dr. Liz Chamberlain is a Licensed Psychologist in clinical practice for 20 years, Assistant Professor and Faculty Wellness Officer in the Department of Psychiatry and has been with the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center since 2016. She has conducted many Practical Mindfulness workshops and talks at the center and is currently the Center's Director of Well-Being Programs. Dr. Liz grew up in Scottsdale and Grand Junction, earned her BA in English and Psychology from The University of Michigan in 1991, and after a short career in advertising and marketing, graduated with her PhD in Counseling Psychology from The University of North Texas in 2003. Dr. Liz also holds the title of 2nd place in the 2013 Denver Post Peeps Diorama contest!
