Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Pancake/Baking Mix Health One MR
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • Handful of blueberries (optional)

 

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients and using a non-stick pan, put batter onto the pan.

2. Cook for 1 minute and then flip and cook another minute

3. Top with berries, if desired (30-40 extra calories).
