This hearty, zesty soup blends Potato Soup Health One with Mexican-flavored broth, diced tomatoes, and green chiles for a warm, flavorful kick. Quick to prepare on the stovetop, it can be adjusted to your preferred consistency. A spicy, satisfying meal in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Potato Soup Health One
  • 1 cup broth (Mexican flavored if possible)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with zesty mild green chiles
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Perfect Pinch Mexican

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except potato soup Health One.

2. Cook on stovetop until mixture is heated slowly. Then add packets of Health One, stirring constantly with wire whisk.

3. Cook until desired consistency is reached. It may be desirable to add extra broth for a thinner soup.
